WESTERLY, RI : 16-year-old Felecia Bolduc killed in vehicle and rollover crash Monday September 21 2015

Police have identified the victim of a fatal car accident in Hopkinton.
According to police, 16-year-old Felecia Bolduc was killed Monday, after the Volvo she was riding in collided with another vehicle and rolled over. She was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The driver of the Volvo, identified by police as 28-year-old Obdulio Rosado, was flown by helicopter to Rhode Island Hospital. According to police, he was the girl’s uncle and he may have been speeding.
The driver of the second car was not injured in the accident, officials say.
Bolduc was a student at Westerly High School. Her principal, Todd Grimes, told Eyewitness News that the school has truly lost a member of its family.
She’s the type of student that when she comes into a room, she just really raised the spirit of the room,” Grimes said.
