Jerome woman killed in crash with semi in Idaho

The Idaho State Police is investigating a deadly crash that claimed the life of a Jerome woman. ISP says Carmen Steele was driving on Highway 46, just south of Gooding, when she failed to yield at a stop sign and ran into a semi truck. Steele died at the scene. Both lanes were blocked for approximately three hours.
