Mount Laurel man, 28, killed while walking in New jersey in Hainesport

A 28-year-old Mount Laurel man was killed Tuesday night when he was struck by a car while walking on Route 38, the New Jersey State Police said.

Matthew Maggi, 28, was walking on the westbound shoulder near Lumberton Road when he entered the right lane of traffic and was hit by a 2010 Ford Fusion, which then swerved and struck another westbound car in the left lane.
