Sacramento, CA : A 54-year-old Salinas man died in a two-car collision on Saturday, July 15, 2017

A 54-year-old Salinas man died in a two-car collision Saturday evening in unincorporated Monterey County, California Highway Patrol officials said today.
The collision occurred shortly after 6:04 p.m. on northbound U.S. Highway 101 north of Spence Road.
CHP officials said four people were in 2000 Honda Civic traveling south on Highway 101 just north of Spence Road at about 70 mph when the Honda crossed the center median and collided with a 2016 Ford Mustang.
