A South Glens Falls man was charged with driving while intoxicated after a one-vehicle crash on the Northway early Monday, police records show.
Benjamin J. Spilman, 24, was charged after a 2:47 a.m. accident on the interstate near Exit 15, police records show.
Spilman was charged with misdemeanor DWI, non-criminal unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed for imprudent speed, according to the State Police public information website.
He was released pending prosecution in Saratoga Springs City Court.
