CANNON FALLS, MN : Child dies in construction zone crash on Highway 52 in southern Minnesota on Tuesday, 30th April 2024

A highway in southern Minnesota was closed for several hours on Monday afternoon following a fatal crash in a construction zone.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a semi headed south on Highway 52 collided with a Toyota Camry that crossed the center line and hit the big rig head-on. Road conditions were described as wet at the time of the crash.
