Memphis , TN : Driver of truck was injured and school bus driver accused of hit-and-run on Friday , January 30th 2015

Durham School Services will fire a bus driver accused of leaving the scene of a crash on Friday.

The bus company confirmed wi that the accident at Almo Avenue and Knightway Road did happen. The investigation is ongoing, but the driver will no longer work for Durham School Services.

Police say the bus hit a silver truck. The driver of that truck was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.

This is the latest in a series of incidents with Durham buses in Shelby County
