RIDGEWAY TWP, MI : Motorist killed in crash with truck on M-50 on Monday, 29th January 2024

A 55-year-old woman died after being hit by a Ford F350 that crossed the center line of M-50 the morning of January 29.

According to the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office, the deceased was driving a Chevy Malibu eastbound near Rixom Highway when she was hit by the truck, driven by a 23-year-old Dundee woman.

That driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The 55-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both drivers were wearing seatbelts. Names will be released pending notification of kin.
