ANDERSON, IN : Anderson man killed in fiery crash on Tuesday, 23rd July 2019

An Anderson man is dead after an early morning fiery crash.

Police say 23-year-old Chase Kumkoski was driving a Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on Raible Avenue near 25th street when he disregarded the red light and struck a vehicle.

Witnesses say the motorcycle burst into flames on impact.

Two people worked together to pull Kumkoski from the flames to a nearby curb.

One of the good Samaritans received minor burns to their hands, arms, and legs but refused treatment at the scene.

Kumkoski was pronounced dead at the scene.
