Richmond, VA : Victim in Fatal Car Accident On I-85 in Dinwiddie County on Sunday, August 3, 2014

Virginia State Police have identified the driver who died in a crash in Dinwiddie County. Police say the victim is 54-year-old Chesterfield County resident Emmett Burton. The Richmond Times-Dispatch reports Burton died at the scene. State police say fatigue was a factor. Burton was driving a flatbed tow truck north on Interstate 85 when his truck ran off the left side of the highway at about 2:45 a.m. on Sunday and struck a tree.
