Miami County, OH :4 hurt in Miami County rollover crash identified on Wednesday, July 1st 2015
Four people, including three teenagers, who were injured in a Wednesday evening crash near Fletcher have been identified.Andrew Flora, 19, from near Fletcher, was taken to Upper Valley Medical Center. He was cited for running a stop sign, officials said.His sister, Lace Flora, 15, also of near Fletcher, was taken to Miami Valley Hospital via CareFlight. Kate Root, 15, of Conover, was also a passenger in Flora’s car. She was taken to Upper Valley Medical Center.Richard King, 51, of Urbana, the driver of the second car, was taken to Upper Valley Medical Center.Miami County sheriff’s deputies and rescue crews were dispatched just after 6:30 p.m. to the accident at East Loy and Burr Oak-New Hope roads, reported as a rollover.The driver of the vehicle carrying three teenagers apparently failed to yield at a stop sign and pulled into the path of an oncoming vehicle, deputies said.The teenage driver was taken to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight. The two teenage passengers and the driver of the car that was hit were taken by ground ambulance to Upper Valley Medical Center.Deputies said the crash remains under investigation.
