PUEBLO, CO : 3 teens dead following crash involving stolen vehicle in Pueblo on Friday, 19th April 2024

Three people are dead and one other person had life-threatening injuries following a crash involving a stolen vehicle in Pueblo.

Pueblo Police are reporting the crash happened early Friday morning just after midnight. Police noticed a white sedan traveling along Northern Avenue at a “high rate of speed.”

“The vehicle was observed a short time later by Pueblo Police Detectives in the area, continuing to travel at a high rate of speed westbound in the 1500 block of West Northern Avenue,” police wrote in a news release about the white sedan. “The vehicle then collided head-on with a truck turning north onto the 1200 block of Beulah Avenue from eastbound Northern Avenue. It was learned from the investigation; the white sedan was an unreported stolen vehicle and was being driven without the headlights on.:
