Casselberry, FL : Two women dead in a head-on crash on SR 436 in Seminole County on Saturday morning, February 28, 2015

Family members of one of the women killed in a wrong-way crash in Casselberry Saturday morning discussed the tragic accident with Eyewitness News.
Casselberry police said two women were killed in the head-on crash on State Road 436 at Lake Howell Lane. Police officers and emergency crews were called to the scene around 2:30 a.m.
According to investigators, 64-year-old Terry Dinkins was driving southbound in the northbound lanes when he crashed head-on into 39-year-old Brandi Cole's vehicle.
Police said Brandi Cole and her passenger, 32-year-old Silvia Barajas, died in the crash. Larry Cole, Brandi Cole's father, said his family is devastated.
"I don't understand why. But I keep wanting to wake up from the nightmare," Larry Cole said.
Brandi Cole was a mother of four children, while Barajas, her friend, leaves behind three children.
"She was a fantastic mother. She gave everything. Everything about her was for her children," sister Diana Cole said.
"She's going to be missed terribly. She was a one of a kind person," sister Kathy Cole said.
Dinkins suffered a concussion and was incoherent when police arrived at the scene, investigators said. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and is expected to be OK.
Police told Channel 9 they're relying on two witnesses to help understand how the crash happened.
"I don't have any anger yet, until I get to the bottom of it, I guess," Larry Cole said.
Police said charges are pending against Dinkins as they await the results of a blood test.
