GREENSBURG, PA : 1 dead in 3 vehicle crash on Monday, March 13th 2017

Authorities in Westmoreland County say a crash has left one person dead.

Police say 47-year-old Tamara Wolf was travelling south on State Route 819 when she lost control and veered into oncoming traffic around 1:30 p.m. Monday. Investigators say Wolf struck a carrier truck before spinning and hitting another vehicle.

Wolf was pronounced dead at the scene.
