Deerfield Beach, FL : Second person dies following scooter collision with car near the 700 block of Northeast 48th Street on Wednesday, 18th December, 2019

The death toll has doubled following a collision between a scooter and a car in Deerfield Beach, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.
Scooter driver Giuseppe Daal, 53, of Deerfield Beach, was taken off life support and the passenger who died at the scene of the crash has been identified as Bridgett Ann Spell, 48, of Pompano Beach, officials said Wednesday.
The collision happened about 1:25 a.m. Dec. near the 700 block of Northeast 48th Street. Dall and Spell were heading west when their scooter was rear-ended by a car, investigators said.
