Brick, NJ : Man struck and killed by car while trying to cross road on Thursday night, Nov 26, 2015

A 40-year-old man has been struck by a car and killed as he was trying to cross a road.

Brick Township police say the man was hit Thursday night. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have not released his name, pending notification of his family.

The 75-year-old driver of the car remained at the scene. She was not injured. Police continue to investigate.
