DUBLIN, CA : Driver, passenger die in fiery Dublin car accident on Wednesday, 3rd July 2019

Two people died on Wednesday morning when a driver and passenger struck a light pole in Dublin, police said.

Capt. Nate Schmidt did not identify either of the victims, but said the driver had been traveling southbound on Fallon Road and Antone Way about 1:45 a.m. when the accident occurred. The car erupted in flames. Neither the driver nor the passenger survived, Schmidt said. The area is near the Dublin Ranch Golf Course and Fallon Sports Park.
