BROOKSVILLE, FL : Brooksville man dies after crashing golf cart into tree and landing in pond on Saturday, 9th December 2023

A 74-year-old man is dead after he crashed his golf cart into a tree and landed in a pond Saturday morning in Hernando County.

Just after 11 a.m., the man was driving westbound on a path designated for golf carts near Meetinghouse Lane at the Clover Leaf Forest RV Resort in Brooksville, the Florida Highway Patrol said in a news release.
