Winchester,VA : Local woman dies in single-vehicle crash on February, Tuesday 13th 2018

A Cross Junction woman died when the sport utility vehicle she was driving flipped about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Jenny Louise Carpenter, 36, was northbound on North Frederick Pike (U.S. 522) about 600 feet north of Old Bethel Church Road in a 2016 Toyota 4Runner, according to Sgt. F.L. “Les” Tyler, a state police spokesman. He said she lost control, veered left into the median and crashed,
