Leesburg, VA : Three injured in Sterling crash on Monday, 2nd October 2016
Three people were injured Monday in Ashburn after two vehicles collided, causing one of them to catch fire.
The incident, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office reports, happened when both vehicles were traveling in opposite directions on Old Ryan Road. One vehicle was attempting to make a left turn when it was hit by the second vehicle coming from the opposite direction.
As a result of the crash, the second vehicle caught on fire. One of the occupants was flown to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The other two occupants were taken by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
