Eight people were injured in a three-car crash at an interstate exit Sunday morning that left one car overturned, according to Tampa Fire Rescue officials. Tampa Police Department officials said the cause of the crash is still unknown and is under investigation. The collision occurred at 10:15 a.m. at the Busch Boulevard exit from southbound Interstate 275. Paramedics transported all eight of the cars' occupants to area hospitals. The crash forced the closure for several hours of one of the westbound lanes of Busch Boulevard between Nebraska and Florida avenues, as well as the southbound off-ramp and entrance ramp.
