Allentown, PA : Three injured in crash at Airport Road and Race Street on Thursday, 22nd March 2018

Three people were injured Thursday night in Hanover Township, Lehigh County, when two vehicles collided at Airport Road and Race Street.

The near crash was reported 9:04 p.m. One of the vehicles had extensive front-end damage, leaving one person trapped inside, according to emergency radio reports.

A fire rescue crew freed the trapped person as several EMS ambulances rushed to the scene to help the injured. The scene was cleaned up within an hour.
