INDUSTRY, PA : 1 dead in crash on Shippingport Bridge in Beaver County on Tuesday, December, 12th 2017

Weather may have played a part in a fatal accident involving a large truck and a car on the Shippingport Bridge on Tuesday.

Investigators said there were whiteout conditions at the time of the fatal accident on the span, which carries traffic across the Ohio River in Beaver County.

The coroner has not yet identified the victim.

Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
