A Bristow woman was killed in an early Sunday morning crash in Creek County.

Emily E. Barrera, 20, was pronounced dead at the scene by Creek County EMS. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported it is still investigating the cause of the collision that occurred about 5:30 a.m. 3½ miles north of Bristow on Oklahoma 66 near County Road 201st Street South.

Troopers reported that Barrera was not wearing a seat belt when the SUV she was driving crashed and she was ejected an unknown distance.
