Concord, NH : Gloucester man hurt in bike crash on Sunday, 23rd September 2018

A Gloucester man was seriously hurt in a trail bike accident Sunday in New Hampshire, according to authorities.

Timothy Wood, 29, of Gloucester was traveling north on Moose Road toward Brook Road within Jericho Mountain State Park in Berlin, New Hampshire, at the time of the crash, according to New Hampshire Fish & Game conservation officers.

?While going around a turn, Wood lost control due to mechanical failure of his trail bike, striking a rock in the trail, according to a statement from New Hampshire Fish & Game. He was thrown from his trail bike resulting in serious and potentially life threatening injuries, they said.
