JACKSONVILLE, FL : One dead after crash near Jacksonville-Nassau county line on Saturday, 23rd March 2024

Police investigated a fatal crash in Northeast Jacksonville Saturday, leading to a road closure for hours.

According to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department, one person was pronounced dead on scene after a crash on Sawpit Road's 13000 block. Details pertaining to the victim or the crash have not been released.
