Tallahassee, FL : Man identified in fatal Seminole County crash on Friday, 14th October 2016

A Winter Springs man is dead after a car in which he was riding in struck two trees and a power pole Friday in Seminole County.

John Estela Cabrera, of Orlando, was headed north on Tuskawilla Road near Lake Drive about 11 p.m. when he suddenly lost control of the car, Florida Highway Patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes said.

The car veered off the road, struck a tree and power pole, Montes said. The vehicle then continued on, ultimately stopping when the passenger-side of the car struck another tree.

Cabrera, 25, was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center after the crash, but did not have any injuries, Montes said.

Adam Casiano, 22, was declared deceased at the scene.

Troopers do not know what caused Cabrera to lose control of the car.
