The coroner has released the identity of a 16-year-old killed after striking a power pole early Sunday morning.
According to the Spartanburg County Coroner, the driver killed in the fatal collision was 16-year-old Haven Olivia Blackwell of Greenville.
Blackwell was traveling west on Reidville Road when she ran off the right side of the road and struck a power pole and overturned, troopers report.
She was not wearing a seat belt and ejected from the vehicle through the front of the car, troopers said.
Blackwell was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers report.
