Ewa Beach, HI : Two injured in crash involving HPD car on Thursday October 22 2015

Honolulu police are investigating a two-car crash involving a police car in Ewa Beach on Thursday morning.
The vehicles collided at the intersection of Kolowaka Drive and Kapolei Parkway around 5:30 a.m. Sources say the officer was responding to a report of a possible stabbing at another Ewa Beach location at the time.
Police say the officer is OK, but Emergency Medical Services transported two people to the Queen's Medical Center with serious injuries.
Investigators with the HPD traffic division say that because a police officer is involved, all information on the details of the incident will be officially released by the HPD media relations office later Thursday.
