BIRMINGHAM, AL : Man dead after two-vehicle crash on Friday, 3rd May 2024

A Mississippi man was killed in a double-vehicle crash Friday, according to police.

The crash occurred on Interstate 20 near the 165 mile marker, within the Lincoln city limits.

54-year-old Ronald J. McKinney was fatally injured when his vehicle struck a freightliner tractor. According to police, McKinney was not wearing a seatbelt.

Police arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
