BENSALEM, PA : A Levittown man was struck and killed evening in a fatal Bensalem on Friday, November, 3rd 2017
A Levittown man was struck and killed Friday evening in a fatal Bensalem accident.
Sean Linden, 42, was attempting to walk across the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway when a vehicle slammed into him about 6:20 p.m. Friday, killing him, police said Saturday morning in a press release. The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene and was cooperating with investigators.
The preliminary police probe determined Linden was standing on the median in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway attempting to cross the southbound lanes. Linden stepped off the median and was struck by the vehicle, according to the news release.
Linden described himself as a “hard worker who is also in recovery” in a Facebook page he created last year. The page, which had no recent posting activity, said Linden was a single man from Philadelphia who lived in Levittown and worked at an Estee Lauder assembly line.
Police did not identify the driver involved in the fatal accident and did not identify the make and model of the vehicle. This investigation is ongoing and investigators are asking anyone that may have witnessed the collision to contact them at (215) 633-3719.
