Nashville, TN : Woman killed in Donelson crash on Thursday, September 1, 2016

Metro police are investigating a crash that killed a woman in the Donelson area.

The wreck happened on the 1000 block of Acorn Drive at 12:45 a.m. Thursday.

Pamela Myatt, 64, lost control of her 1991 Toyota Camry during a curve and hit a concrete culvert. She had just left her workplace on Massman Drive minutes before the crash.

Myatt was taken to Summit Medical Center, where she later died.

Police said they are not sure why Myatt lost control of the car but said there was no evidence of drug or alcohol involvement. They believe it could be medical-related.
