MANCHESTER, IA : Man in school bus collision wants to withdraw pleas on Wednesday, January 18th 2017

A man accused of driving his vehicle into a loaded school bus in eastern Iowa wants to withdraw some guilty pleas. The attorney for 42-year-old Monte Klink filed a motion Friday. Klink pleaded guilty in November to second-offense driving while intoxicated and to two counts of causing serious injury by vehicle. His sentencing is scheduled for Wednesday.
