INDIANAPOLIS, IN : 1 dead in single-car crash on Indy's south side on Saturday, 9th December 2023

One person has died in a single-car crash on the city's south side.

Around 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, IMPD officers responded to a personal injury accident with entrapment at 1300 Madison Ave. The occupant was later pronounced dead.

IMPD says preliminary information indicates the vehicle was traveling southbound when it left the roadway and struck a pole/fencing.
