NEW MADRID, MO : Driver seriously injured in New Madrid County crash on Friday, 25th October 2024

A Sikeston man is seriously injured following a crash in New Madrid County, Missouri.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol Crash Reports, the crash took place at 4 p.m. on Friday, October 25. The driver was northbound on County Road 405, 10 miles east of New Madrid.

The crash occurred as a 2006 Nissan Titan ran off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

The driver, identified as 47-year-old James E. Stinett of Sikeston, was transported by Air EVAC to Regional One in Memphis, Tennessee to be treated for serious injuries.
