Greene County, OH : Man injured after car crashed into store in Sugarcreek Township Wednesday afternoon, Nov 4, 2015

Police and Emergency crews were called to the Staples store in Sugarcreek Township Wednesday afternoon.

A woman was pulling into a parking spot when, according to police, she put her foot on the gas instead of the brake.

Police say the car shot forward into the building. The car hit the store hard enough to trigger the airbags.

The passenger in the car, the woman’s husband, suffered a medical emergency and was taken to Miami Valley Hospital South.

Police say the building has little damage, but the car fared much worse.

No one else was injured.
