A fatal car accident in Crofton, Maryland temporarily blocked a portion of Route 3 early Friday morning. Continue reading A passenger car ran into the rear of a truck on Route 3/Crain Highway just before Route 450/Defense Highway around 1 a.m. Police have confirmed that one person died as a result of the crash, but further information about the victim was not yet available. The southbound lanes of Route 3 were temporarily currently closed to traffic due to the police investigation.
