DOVER, DE : 1 dead, driver sought in Dover hit-and-run on Friday, 2nd September 2016

Dover police are searching for a driver who struck and killed a 42-year-old man in Dover.
Police say the man was struck just before 1:30 a.m. on Friday on S. State Street just south of Roosevelt Avenue. Police say the driver struck the man and dragged him for roughly 60 feet before fleeing the scene. First responders declared the man dead on the scene.
