FRAZEE, MN : Fatal car crash near Frazee under investigation on Sunday, 16th September 2018

One person is dead after a single vehicle crash involving two occupants occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 16.

The crash happened one mile north of Frazee on County Highway 29. The vehicle was southbound when it collided with a tree and caught fire after leaving the road, according to the Becker County Sheriff's Office.Both occupants were airlifted to Sanford Hospital in Fargo where the driver was pronounced dead.

The names of the victims are being withheld pending family notification and the crash remains under investigation.
