HAMILTON COUNTY, MO : 2 killed, 1 injured in multi-vehicle crash in Hamilton County on Tuesday, 28th November 2023

A section of Illinois Route 14 in Hamilton County was shutdown as state police investigated a deadly crash on Tuesday, November 28.

According to Illinois State Police, troopers were called around 5:32 p.m. to Rte. 14 west of Waverly Road at 10 Mile Road for a three-vehicle traffic crash.

ISP said an eastbound driver attempted to pass multiple vehicles and hit an oncoming vehicle in the westbound lane.

The driver and the passenger in the eastbound vehicle were killed in the crash.
