Long Pine, NE : 82-year-old man died after a three-vehicle accident in Rock County on Friday, April 8, 2016

A three-vehicle accident Friday over the noon hour in Rock County killed an 82-year-old Long Pine man.
Capt. Paul Hattan of the Nebraska State Patrol said Lynn Moore was attempting to pass a pickup on Highway 20 when his vehicle struck a pivot stand being pulled by 60-year-old Clarence Lanka of Ainsworth.
Moore’s vehicle then went left of center and struck another vehicle operated by 64-year-old Diana Borysenko of Ainsworth. Moore died in the accident.
The accident was investigated by the Nebraska State Patrol and occurred near mile marker 253.
