Dayton ,OH : 30 -Years old Terrence Phelps, Jr killed his car hit a parked tree trimming truck along Route 49 on Thursday ,May 7th 2015

The Montgomery County Coroner’s Office identified the victim of a Thursday evening crash.

Investigators say Terrence Phelps, Jr., 30, was killed when his car hit a parked tree trimming truck along Route 49 at Little Richmond Road.

A 3-year-old girl in Phelps’ car was flown to Dayton Children’s Hospital for treatment.

The tree trimming truck driver was also flown to the hospital.

Police believe Phelps was speeding when the crash happened.
