A 26-year-old man has been arrested following a deadly hit-and-run accident in Greenwood County, officials said.
According to Highway Patrol, a bicyclist was hit and killed Friday on Pickens Creek Road.
The vehicle was later identified and located as a 1998 Ford Pickup truck, officials said.
