CHARLOTTE, NC : I-485 inner to be closed for hours after crash on Tuesday, 28h May 2024

All three lanes of the inner loop of Interstate 485 in east Charlotte have reopened after a crash Tuesday, according to the North Carolina Department of Transportation.
It happened around 10:30 a.m. It happened on I-485 at mile marker 39, which is near Harrisburg Road in east Charlotte. Three people were hurt, all have minor injuries.
