Louisville, KY : Man killed when an ambulance and vehicle Crash on Monday at 6.27 p.m June 23 2014.

The man killed when an ambulance and vehicle collided at River Road and Frankfort Avenue has been identified.

According to the coroner, Christopher D. O'Bryan, 48, was driving the blue Geo Metro hit during the ambulance run. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:34 p.m. from multiple blunt force trauma.

Two Louisville Metro EMS workers were seriously injured in the crash. Police say the ambulance was traveling with lights and sirens on a medical run when the crash occurred.
