Driver of stalled car killed in College Park Georgia

The lone driver of a vehicle was killed in an accident Friday morning around 2:00.The driver's car stalled in the middle lane of Interstate 285 eastbound, said College Park police. The motorist got out of his vehicle and was hit by a second driver coming down the highway. He was killed on impact.
According to GDOT, all eastbound lanes of Interstate 285 were closed near Old National Highway, but reopened around 4:30 a.m.
