Man gets 12 years for wreck that killed daughter in Stone Mountain Georgia

A DeKalb County man has been sentenced to 12 years for driving drunk and causing an accident that killed his teenage daughter.

Anthony Eugene Johnson, 36, will serve seven years of his sentence in prison and five on probation.

Police said that on June 3, 2012, Johnson was driving under the influence on Highway 78 in Stone Mountain when he swerved off the road and hit a tree. His three children were in the car.

Corliss, Johnson's 15-year-old daughter, was killed in the crash. Her sister Joi was seriously injured
