An accident on SR 73 in Eagle Mountain has left a woman seriously injured.
Police say an accident involving a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Toyota Corolla occurred about 8 a.m. in Eagle Mountain at the intersection of Sunset Drive and SR 73.
Deputies responded to the crash and found the vehicles on the south shoulder of the road.
The 20-year-old female driver of the Toyota was unconscious, but breathing. Deputy Sean Bell said she had major head trauma and had to be extricated from the vehicle.
