Minor injuries were reported in a crash involving a school bus Friday morning according to Manatee County 911 officials.
The crash between a Manatee County Schools bus and a Range Rover SUV occurred shortly after 7 a.m. at Greyhawk Boulevard and State Road 64, according to Florida Highway Patrol. The roadway is now cleared.
FHP troopers confirmed there were no students on the bus at the time of the crash, but three people were taken hospitals with minor injuries.
The 65-year-old school bus driver and a 60-year-old monitor on board, as well as the driver of the Range Rover were all taken to Lakewood Ranch Medical Center. Their injuries were not considered serious, according to FHP.
