Two people were injured this morning after their vehicles collided in the intersection of Route 6 and Conwell Street, police said.
Kathleen Delaney, 74, of Sag Harbor, New York, and Logan E. Felix, 19, of Wellfleet, were both taken to Cape Cod Hospital with minor injuries, Provincetown police Sgt. Glen Enos said.
At about 8:30 a.m., Delaney was turning onto Conwell Street and Felix was eastbound on Route 6 when they collided in the intersection. Enos said both parties said they had a green arrow at the time of the crash. The state Department of Transportation has been asked to confirm that the lights are properly working.
The crash is under investigation.
